Frequently Asked Questions
  • Can I have tracker deployed onto a vehicle without a surveillance team?

Yes, of course. If you need a tracker to purely establish someone's movements we are more than happy to provide one. We offer a weekly, monthly and annual yearly rate.

  • Can I have a one man team for an investigation?

In general we don't like to provide lone operators for investigations, and generally a two man team will be put together for a majority of investigations. Tactically it makes things so much better and easier for the operators, and allows us a better chance of obtaining the footage you need. If an investigation is going to be purely static observations or the Subject is not expected to travel far, or has limited mobility we may however consider a lone operator for the investigation.

  • Are you able to do investigations abroad?

Yes, our operators are able to travel abroad at short notice. The costs of flights and accommadation are expected to be covered by the client.

  • What hours do you operate?

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. Our operators are the people you will speak to over the phone, and therefore sometimes they may ask to call you back if they are actively deployed on a task at the time of the call. Otherwise we are available to speak no matter what time or day of the week.

  • Do you have female only teams?

Yes. We have a number of highly skilled and experienced female operators who can deploy along with a male or another female, depending on the Client's requirements.

  • How long does a report take to be produced?

A report will be produced within 24 hours of the investigation finishing. We use a word type document, with all footage been transferred to still images with time and date stamp.

  • Will my case be confidential?

Yes! What is discussed between you (the client) and us is strictly confidential and discreet. Under no circumstances should any information ever be leaked to any third party entities. It stays strictly between Anderson & Co and you the client. Client confidentiality is something we feel very strongly about at Anderson & Co.

  • How much do your services cost?

We offer both an hourly rate per operator and a day rate. Every case is different and therefore packages vary depending on the Client's budget  and needs.

  • I need to trace someone, what information will you need?

Every investigation is different. However, in general we always ask for as much information as possible. Names, home addresses, registered vehicles and daily movements are usually the basics we ask for in order to proceed with an investigation. The more information we can have, the better prepared we can be for the investigation.

  • How can I pay?

A bank transfer is required to be paid in full and 24 hours before an investigation starts.

  • Why should I choose your company?

We have a team of highly skilled operators working under the Anderson & Co name. These operators have many years of experience and all bring a wealth of different skill sets. They have all been carefully selected and vetted and all have a desire and passion for getting our Client's the information they need. We are completely dedicated and passionate about what we do here at Anderson & Co.
